An informal meeting was held to discuss the starting up of a Youth Club. It was decided to run a trial evening on Friday 27th March 2009, 6.30 - 8.00pm at the Methodist Church hall. This is to be confirmed as Sam will need to check if the hall is available first. Sam will buy goodies for a tuck shop.
Judy is going to speak to Mike Hadley about the printing of the Allsorts leaflets and Sam is going to contact Windjammers as a possible venue for meeting for morning coffee.
The next meeting will be Tuesday 24th March 2009 at the Methodist Church hall, Swanage.
