Twitter alerts

For those who either don't have or use email, this might help. That is, if you want to use Twitter. (Your opportunity to keep up with the kids).

I think it's all set up now, so that (once you have an account with Twitter [ at www.twitter.com], and when you have activated your mobile ) you can receive a message from Allsorts if one is sent.

For example, Allsorts may send a message to say that there is going to be a kids' party on a certain date. Please contact xxx to book your place. Everyone who has signed up to 'follow' Allsorts will get the message the moment it's sent.

You can start 'following' Allsorts (or anyone else on Twitter) in a number of ways. More information here:  http://help.twitter.com/forums/10711/entries/14019

The name to ask to follow is     allsortsfollow

What should happen is that you will make a request to follow Allsortsfollow. Once that is agreed, messages or so-called 'tweets' will be sent to your mobile or email, according to your preference.
